1998.5-2002 RAM 5.9L 24V CUMMINS

In 1998, Cummins introduced the VP44 injection pump for the 24 Valve engine. This was a big change from the VE and P7100 pumps that people were used to. The new VP44 pump had a circuit board on top, which sparked a lot of discussion. For those familiar with 1998.5-2002 trucks, it's important to have good supply pressure from a quality lift pump. It's also recommended to install a fuel pressure gauge to monitor the pressure and make sure everything is working well.
